Senior User Interface Designer

We're looking for a Senior User Interface Designer to join our team! 

• Collaborates with Product Managers and Software Engineers to provide guidelines on solid UI design for company products and to build mockups and prototypes of HTML and CSS templates to deliver to developers for coding
• Working with internal staff or external customers to gather usability requirements and document use cases
• Creating designs, wire frames and prototypes of user interface functions for all products
• Identifying enhancements to current UI and creating innovative solutions that improve the user experience based on current design techniques
• Producing UI designs and features that maintain consistency with corporate branding

• Must have a background in visual design
• Must be able to code clean HTML/CSS and Flash. JavaScript is always helpful
• Ability to understand complex business processes, interaction design, information design, and typical user-behaviors
• Minimum of 4-5 years hands-on experience in design
• BA or MA in design, art, HCI or related degree
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of current ui design techniques
• Knowledge of current tools (Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, etc...)
• Experience working on/with Rich Internet Applications (RIA) and associated technologies (ex. Flex/Flash, Java, AJAX,etc) is a huge bonus
