Account Executive

We're looking for an Account Executive to manage all aspects of the sales cycle to generate revenue for our ASP division. This qualified Sales Account Manager will prospect and build sales pipeline, follow up on web inquiries, qualify new leads, and work closely with an experienced Sales Manager. This position requires the Account Executive to be able to close opportunities and manage accounts directly.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline for the ASP Division
  • Educate prospects on our brand products and services, and manage prospect objections
  • Meet a monthly quota for a specific geographic territory
  • Develop superior customer relationships
  • Accurately forecast business and sales pipeline as required, updating management on the status of all prospects
  • Assist Sales Manager with sales and admin support
  • Maintain relationships with customers for software upgrade, upselling and cross selling, and general account management

Required skills and experience

  • 2+ years managing sales appointments, generating leads, and meeting quotas in an inside sales role
  • Experience selling to multiple levels within an organization
  • Ability to overcome customer objections consistently
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, set goals, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to understand and articulate value propositions
  • Proficiency with standard corporate tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, Goldmine/ACT, etc.)

Desired skills and experience

  • 2+ years selling into Enterprise-level Prospects
  • Familiarity with the Email Marketing space and ASP Sales experience a definite plus!
  • Hi-tech sales experience a plus
  • College degree desired.
