Collections Analyst

We're looking for a Collections Analyst to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect on all balances past due from 30-days to 90-days
• Reconcile credit card decline list
• Report first payment defaults and refusals to pay
• Communicate customer issues with sales
• Contribute to accounting needs
• Advise manager of rolls from 60 to 90.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years collections in a customer service/accounting environment
• The ability to learn quickly
• Good accounting and reconciliation skills
• Positive team player
• The desire to grow with a fast growing company.
