Senior Flex Engineer
EmailLabs is looking to grow our Engineering team with a Senior Flex Engineer. As a senior member of a strong team, you will design & implement new front ends for a complex, commercial hosted application.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Design & implement new front ends (using Adobe Flex 2 and other innovative front-end technologies) for a hosted application
- Integrate the new front end with possibly multiple middle tiers via tight integration, resolving security, reliability, and performance issues
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2 years experience with Adobe Flex
- 5-10 years commercial Software Engineering experience
- 5 years of experience in Web programming in any environment
- Experience and understanding of SQL, object oriented design
- Understanding of email marketing or ASP space is a plus
- Proven track record of problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- BS/MS-CS/EE or equivalent experience
