Emaillabs, an Email Marketing Solution from J.L. Halsey, Now Available on SalesForce.com's Appexchange
Salesforce.com customers can now deploy EmailLabs for high-performance email marketing within Salesforce
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (September 17, 2007) – Salesforce.com’s Dreamforce Conference — EmailLabs, an email marketing solution from J.L. Halsey (OTCBB:LYRI.OB), today announced its availability on salesforce.com's AppExchange. Recognized as a Certified AppExchange email marketing partner, the two-way integration between the EmailLabs and Salesforce applications enables users to create, send and manage email campaigns directly from Salesforce – and automatically update lead status based on users’ responses. Built on the Force.com platform, EmailLabs is immediately available for test drive and deployment at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange. The announcement was made today at Dreamforce ‘07, salesforce.com’s user and developer conference.
Benefiting from Two-Way Integration
EmailLabs’ implementation is built on a technology-rich, two-way exchange of data that gives Salesforce users more functionality than a more typical one-way data exchange. Users can:
Deploy email marketing campaigns and send personalized emails directly from Salesforce via the EmailLabs tab.
Create and segment lists based on Salesforce-defined fields – without the hassle of exporting contacts to a different application.
Easily map Salesforce fields to EmailLabs data fields. For example, a user could create a new EmailLabs field called “Product of Interest” on the fly and tie it to an existing Salesforce field – in just a few clicks.
After a marketing campaign launches, automatically add responses such as opens, clicks and bounces to Salesforce contacts’ activity details.
At the user’s discretion, update lead status based on campaign responses. For example, a user can automatically set the lead status to “Working - Contacted” for any contact who clicks a link.
View reports on campaign effectiveness from either Salesforce or EmailLabs.
“EmailLabs’ joint work with salesforce.com puts marketing power in the hands of salespeople – while keeping them focused on their hottest leads,” said Luis Rivera, CEO, J.L. Halsey. “Our two-way integration bridges the gap between sales and marketing data by dynamically tracking responses to campaigns and updating lead status accordingly.”
“Thousands of companies are using the AppExchange to easily add new applications to their existing Salesforce deployments with just a few clicks,” said George Hu, Chief Marketing Officer, salesforce.com. “The quality and extent of EmailLabs’ integration with Salesforce gives customers a powerful new tool for marketing to prospects and staying in close contact with clients.”
