EmailLabs Appoints Two New Executives to Its Growing Management Team

New Additions to Drive Revenue, Client Growth and New Technology Innovation for Leading Email Marketing Company

MENLO PARK, Calif. (May 9, 2006)--EmailLabs (www.emaillabs.com), the leader in high-performance email marketing technology and a subsidiary of J.L. Halsey (OTCBB:LYRI.OB), today announced the appointment of Todd Armenio as director of sales and Bob LaRochelle as director of engineering for the company.

As director of sales, Armenio will focus on driving company revenues and managing the EmailLabs sales team. Armenio brings more than 12 years of experience to the company and will lead the charge in building upon the company's already impressive base of strategic clients, as well as a talented and consultative direct sales organization. He joins EmailLabs from RightNow Technologies, a leading ASP on-demand CRM provider. Prior to that, Todd worked for Oracle Corporation, Fatbrain.com (a Barnes & Noble Co.) and Ceridian Corporation.

LaRochelle joins EmailLabs as director of engineering and is responsible for implementing new technology innovations in email marketing and hosting operations. Bob has over 15 years of experience in managing technology development and deployment and previously was vice president of product development and information technology at Axolotl Corporation, where he managed the team that built a secure clinical web application for over 12,000 physicians and their staff. Prior to that, Bob worked at Telepartner International.
