Your message is brilliant and your design is flawless...or at least it was when you sent it out to your customers. Ever wonder what they see when they actually receive your email? The only way to understand that would be to test your message on every single email program out there personally. Let's face it, who has time to do that? A study done by Web Marketing Today based on their subscribers showed results of what email receivers were actually getting in their inbox.

Out of the odd 450 responses received, a total of 45 email programs and versions were mentioned. Out of those 45, 62% reported standard HTML capability. 24% of the email programs reported HTML capability with various unsupported features and 14% reported no HTML capability.

Bowne Western Regional Marketing came to EmailLabs with the hopes of finding a way to reach their customers beyond your run-of-the-mill static email newsletter. They wanted the ability to reach out through the email, tap their customers on the shoulder and get their attention. In addition, they wanted all of this in a format that non-technical employees could work with easily. Armed with the task of creating a workable, yet dynamic solution, EmailLabs went to work on creating an email template that would do everything for them except ring their customer's doorbell.
